1. step to stop freeze.

        when you are doing some big taksk or it may be low ram, you may  see this freeze

• Press ctrl + shift + esc  at the same time 

• After it you can see this diaglog box.

•  Then you have to open that program that is stuck or freeze.
• And click expand 
• Select that program or specific task and click end task 
• It take some time but its normal give some time 

After it close that particular program and you can open it agan.

   2. cursor loding in programs.

1. You have to press  window + l 
2. It will instantly  lock you pc and after it 
3. You have to restart your pc from lock screen.

And may be in you pc there are othere reasone happening that stuck.

what you can do. 

• press window + R to open temp file of you window or progarm

• select all by pressing ctrl + A it will select all files in that folder.
• press shift + delete button it will permanently  delete your file 

And or you can do to solve this problem 

• press  window + d when you stuck in any program 
• It will minimize  the window and after it you can close the programe.
